West Jutland beaches

The Danish west coast is one long beach: hard sand you can drive onto in places, dunes behind, and the North Sea in front — cold, clean and often windy. Kite flying, sand yachting and surfing at Cold Hawaii near Klitmøller are the local specialities. Swimming needs care because of rip currents; the flagged beaches are the ones to use with children.
