Terms of use

These terms govern your use of bookcamp.dev, operated by [Company name], [Street address, postcode, city, Denmark], company registration [CVR number]. By using the site you accept them.
What Bookcamping is
Bookcamping is a search and comparison service for campsites. We are not a booking agent and we are not a party to your booking. When you click through, you book directly with the campsite or with the booking provider they use, on their terms and with their payment arrangements.
Listing information
Listing content comes from campsite partners, from booking providers, and from our own editorial work. We check what we reasonably can, and every listing shows where its facts come from, but prices, availability, facilities and opening periods can change without notice. The campsite's own website is always authoritative. Star ratings shown as a Bookcamping estimate are our own assessment based on facilities, not an official classification.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens under your account. Do not create an account for anyone else without their permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, mirror or bulk-copy the site's content.
- Do not generate artificial traffic or clicks, whether automated or manual.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
How we are paid
Campsites pay us for qualified clicks through to their booking page. They do not pay for placement: ranking is based on how well a campsite matches your search. Paying partners are not ranked above better-matching campsites.
Liability
We provide the site as it is. We are not liable for your booking, your stay, or any loss arising from information published by a campsite or booking provider. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law, including liability for death, personal injury or intentional misconduct.
Governing law
Danish law applies, and the Danish courts have jurisdiction.
